屠宰废水主要来自屠宰后清洗、解体冲洗、内脏清洗和地面冲洗以及牲畜粪便废水等废水。废水中含有大量的有机物质，主要成分有：动物粪便、血液、动物内脏杂物、畜毛、碎皮肉和油脂等有机物，属于高浓度有机废水。废水呈褐红色，具有较强的腥臭味。这些废水中的脂肪、蛋白质等物质不经过处理，直接排入水体，将对其周围水体造成严重富营养化，严重破坏水体。
解决方案及技术工艺

The main components are animal feces, blood, animal viscera, animal hair, broken meat and grease and other organic matters, which belong to high concentration organic wastewater. The waste water was brown and red, with a strong fishy smell. These wastes, such as fat and protein, are directly discharged into the water body without treatment, which will cause serious eutrophication and serious damage to the water body around them.
